My passion is helping families sleep better and adjust to life postpartum. You deserve a good night's sleep because when you take care of yourself it allows you to be an even better parent. Let's help your baby develop healthy sleep habits and let the whole family get a better night's sleep.

Newborn
0-3 months

Sleep shaping is for parents of newborns. Help your baby learn healthy sleep habits that lead to longer stretches of sleep overnight. This is a three week program with one-on-one support, add on in-person consultations available.

Baby
4-12 months

Sleep coaching is for parents that are ready to solve their baby's sleep problems. This two week program gives you one-on-one support as your baby learns to sleep independently.
